Interactivity # 4

I choose this lesson because it has a great use of imagination and technology. The lesson has a great way for children to learn about digital cameras. I added that the students should take pictures out in nature and see it in a different way than they normally do and create a work of art out of taking pictures of it. It teaches the students how to edit their work with using Adobe Photoshop programs. Using these programs makes the students become well rounded and universal to technology. The only gap that this lesson had was the lack of technology that the teacher used and had the students use. I also added in the lesson plan to have the class go outside to take pictures of nature and to use computer based programs Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I also added a demonstration to how to use these programs and a digital camera since some students might not know how to use them. The use of the technology that is in this lesson was minimal so I decided to add more. In this lesson the children will end up using computers, digital cameras, and computer based programs to edit and enhance their images that they took out in nature. The teacher also left out a critique and I think that’s very important to have students look at each other works of art and get criticism on how to make their image better.  Having students learn about using these various technologies is going to help these students learn new things faster than they normally would.
